You agree to use this website only for lawful, personal, or commercial purchasing purposes. You shall not:

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date shipping, billing, and contact information. We are not responsible for delivery failures or extra shipping costs caused by incorrect customer-provided addresses and information.
- Product Information & Pricing Accuracy
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, sizes, colors, functions, and images on the website are accurate. However, slight visual differences due to screen display, light shooting angles, or manual production batches do not constitute product quality defects.
All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typos, or inaccurate information. If an order is placed with an obviously incorrect price, we have the right to cancel or adjust the order before shipment, and we will provide a full refund for affected orders.
All displayed prices do not include import duties, local taxes, or customs clearance fees incurred in the destination country, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
- Order Acceptance & Cancellation Rules
Your order confirmation email does not equal successful order fulfillment. We reserve the right to verify order information, payment status, and customer legitimacy before official production and shipment.
We may cancel orders unilaterally under the following situations:
- Payment failure, unauthorized payment, or abnormal transaction risk
- Product out of stock, production suspension, or force majeure factors
- Incorrect product price or parameter information on the page
- Orders with false information or suspected fraud
For cancelled orders caused by our side, we will issue a full refund via the original payment channel.
Customer voluntary order cancellation: For unshipped orders, customers can apply for cancellation; for customized/OEM orders after production starts, partial production costs will be deducted for cancellation.
- Payment Terms
We support mainstream global payment methods including PayPal and credit card payment. You authorize us to charge the corresponding order amount through your selected payment method.
All transaction fees incurred by payment channels shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed. We will not store your complete credit card information, and all payments comply with PCI DSS security standards.
- Shipping & Delivery Terms
Shipping time and delivery dates are estimated values and not guaranteed deadlines. Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, weather, logistics peak season, or force majeure factors.
We are responsible for dispatching complete and intact goods. Once the goods are delivered to the courier and shipped overseas, the logistics risk shall be borne by the customer. For damaged or missing parts caused by logistics, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for solutions.
- Return, Refund & Warranty Terms
All return, exchange, and refund rules, including return time limits, restocking fees, responsible parties for freight, and handling procedures for defective products, are subject to our official Refund & Return Policy.
All standard products enjoy a limited manufacturing defect warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, artificial collision, outdoor long-term weather erosion, unauthorized modification, or disassembly.
Customized products, discounted clearance products, and spare parts are final sales and not eligible for unconditional return, except for factory manufacturing defects.
- Intellectual Property Rights
All website content, including texts, logos, product photos, videos, design drawings, and program codes, belongs exclusively to Motton Technology. No individual or enterprise may copy, download, reproduce, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written approval.
